We aim to describe paid services and applicable charges before work begins. Refund eligibility depends on the service or product involved, whether work has started, and any applicable third-party or transaction terms.

2. Service cancellations

If you need to cancel a scheduled service, contact us as soon as possible at 888-333-4848. Where work has not started, we will review the request according to the agreed service terms.

3. Services already performed

Fees for services that have already been performed may not be refundable, except where required by applicable law or where the applicable service agreement states otherwise.

4. Products and third-party transactions

Product returns, warranty claims, shipping issues and third-party services may be subject to the applicable seller, manufacturer, carrier or payment-provider terms. We will explain the relevant process where we are able to assist.

5. Approved refunds

Where a refund is approved, the timing may depend on the original payment method and payment provider. We do not guarantee a bank processing time that we do not control.

6. Incorrect or duplicate payments

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or more than once, contact us promptly with the relevant transaction information. Do not send full card numbers or authentication codes.
